A new Pet Aid Hospital Was developed on land at Oldbury, Birmingham on behalf of the PDSA. The building is a single storey build and consisted of consulting rooms, surgical and medical areas, recovery rooms, admin areas and staff welfare facilities. The development was erected on a Greenfield site adjacent to existing housing accommodation.
Palings carried out a full Mechanical services installation on the project consisting of Incoming Gas and Mains Cold Water Services, Domestic Hot and Cold Water, LTHW Heating, Ventilation, Comfort Cooling, Medical Gases, Above Ground Drainage, Automatic Controls & Associated Wiring, Thermal insulation and Interface works.
